~My New Banner~

Look!  I have this beautiful new banner in the center of my entry section that was made especially for me by Eric Novak (aka blogboy).  Eric is a wonderful young man that I’ve gotten to know since coming to HSB.  I beleive we met sometime in March and we’ve spent many times talking and getting to know one another.  Eric’s other blog is here and he has another blog called NJAO (Not Just An Opinion)
where he and several other teen bloggers from HSB discuss issues that aren’t just an opinion, indeed, the things they discuss are Biblical and the views they share are proven in the Bible!  Everyone should visit his blog, meet the other writers and see all the work that they are doing to make this blog very successful!  Eric makes lots of banners for many different blogs on HSB and probably some that I don’t even know about.  He’s even taking request to make anyone who wants one for free right now as long as they link back to him. 
Eric also writes with his mother in the Girlhood Home Companion Magazine (magazine seems to flimsy a word for such a wonderful book that is enjoyed by so many people).  Many of you may wonder why the banner that I have is special to me…not only because it was designed and made especially for me, but also because I collect antique maps, globes, and old books!  Actually, I’m rebuilding my collection since losing everything we owned in a house fire 3 yrs. ago. 

The best part of Eric’s work is that he pays close attention to details.  After he offered to make me a banner I was going to tell him what I liked and the things that interest me, but he told me, “I know what your interests are”, and that just blew me away!   I could brag on this young man all night but I must be careful not to hurt anyone’s feelings; because I’m still developing new friendships on HSB and I would like to have some solid friendships.  If you want to see all the work that Eric does and all the banners, which are amazingly beautiful, then go to his site and look on the left sidebar where they’re all displayed so proudly, and rightfully so!  Thank you for listening to my bragging~
