A Daily Reminder The Lord has placed special gifts and talents within each of us and has
given every believer the promise that they can accomplish great things
throughout their life. We are to recognize how special we are and know
that in each of us is instilled an unfulfilled destiny that is waiting to
take shape and accomplish that which God Almighty has intended. If you are
feeling discouraged because you think you have nothing special to offer
this world, be encouraged and know that God has great things instilled
within your spirit that has yet to be realized and accomplished. Recognize
that you are special and have many gifts within you that need to get out of
your heart and into this world where you can make a positive impact on humanity.
For I know the thoughts I think towards you, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Then shall ye call upon me and ye shall go and pray unto me and I will hearken unto you. And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.(Jeremiah 29:11-13)
And the Lord answered me and said, Write the vision and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it, because it will surely come, it will not tarry. (Habakkuk 2:2-3)

An Award!
In the Nook…

I got this award today and I feel so good about it. It’s always nice to know that people are smiling because of something that I’ve done. My award was given to me by Cindy at On Our Journey Westward. and Megan at MarineMama. Thank you so much!!!
Here is the explanation of what the award means:
“The thing that I love most about blogging is that I learn so much about a person just by reading their blog. I have met MANY wonderful people with wonderful stories to tell, and I am grateful every day for each person that I have the pleasure of crossing paths in life with. I wanted to create something special for the top ten people who have inspired me through their blogging; the stories they tell, and the lives that they lead with grace and dignity. I visit their blogs for inspiration and encouragement. Please grab your badge and wear it (with a smile) proudly, and pass it on because you inspire and encourage me, thank you.”
I ‘m supposed to pass this on to some other bloggers and I can think of a few right off hand so I’ll name them and maybe add some more later on in the next day or so.
My daughter Kelsey because she ALWAYS makes me smile. Her beauty and her grace are so intriguing and she’s become such an intelligent young lady. My friend Ashland because she is just a wonderful young lady and has a great sense of “self”. I dearly admire Cassidy on HSB because I’ve learned so much from her and about her heart! So far I’ve picked all teenagers, I would guess because they’re so inquisitive and ask questions that make me dig deep for the answers. Another few teens that I truly admire and have come to know are Danya Powell, Misty Rae and Sylvia. I do love my neighbors daughter Rachael who is just an amazing young girl. Eric Novak you are such a dear and I think the world of your mother, Jill, who always makes me smile just because she has a warm and lovely voice and heart! One young lady is a very wonderful person, she’s always written such well thought out posts and is very inspiring to me. I am not sure if I can mention her name but she knows who she is. One last person, but certainly not the least would be Mahayla, just because she is so very nice and has a young, beautiful heart and a warm smile.
Thank you again ladies for the Award! I’ve selected my bloggers, although, I could go on naming quite a few but some I’ve awarded in the past and feel it’s best to spread the Awards out to many others and not just the same ones over and over.
